Amy has practiced as a PA-C since 2020 and joined Elevate Orthopedics in 2025.

Amy joined Elevate Orthopedics in January of 2025. With 4 years of experience as a Physician Assistant, she has a varied medical background including General Surgery, Urgent Care, Primary Care and now Orthopedic Surgery. In 2011, Amy received her Bachelors of Science in Business Administration from the University of Denver, after which she worked in Hospitality for several years before returning to school to pursue a career in medicine. She graduated from Rocky Vista University in 2020 where she received her Masters of Physician Assistant Studies. 

Born and raised on the Western Slope of Colorado, Amy grew up an avid outdoorswoman. In her free time, she enjoys skiing, mountain biking, backpacking and fly fishing with her partner and two dogs. She is excited to be a part of the Elevate team and provide quality orthopedic care to the communities of Durango and Southwest Colorado.
